When you request a quote or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, requested service, pickup and destination information, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight information, vehicle preference, and special instructions you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, prepare quotes, coordinate and provide transportation, communicate about trips, create invoices, process authorized payments through third-party payment providers, maintain business records, improve our services, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Price requests and follow-up emails

When you calculate a price, the details you entered are saved in our reservation system so our team can help with your trip, even if you do not finish booking. We note how you reached our website (for example, the link, advertisement, or site that referred you) to understand which channels customers use. Follow-up emails about an unfinished quote are controlled by the email follow-up box on the form: if you uncheck it (or, where it starts unchecked, leave it unchecked), we do not send them, and every follow-up email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time. We use Google Analytics to measure website visits and actions such as price requests, booking starts, and taps on our phone number.

Service providers

We use Formspree to securely deliver information submitted through the reservation form. We use Google Maps Platform to validate pickup and drop-off addresses and calculate route distance for automatic pricing. These services may process the submitted trip information and technical information such as an IP address under their own privacy terms. We may also share information with hosting, communications, invoicing, payment-processing, and transportation partners only as reasonably necessary to operate the website or fulfill a requested trip.

Payments

Payment card information is collected and processed by the payment provider shown on the invoice or checkout page. Black Steel Transportation does not ask customers to enter complete card information into the website quote-request form.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage requests, provide service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Reservation submissions may also remain in Formspree according to the retention settings of our account. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies and embedded services

Our website may use essential technologies and embedded services, such as video or form-delivery tools. Those third parties may receive technical information such as your device, browser, or IP address under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you previously provided, subject to records we must retain for business or legal purposes. You may also choose not to submit the online form and contact us by telephone instead.

Mobile information and text-message consent

If you separately choose to receive service-related text messages, you consent to receive quote, reservation-confirmation, pickup-reminder, driver-arrival, trip-status, service-change, and customer-support messages from BLACK STEEL EXECUTIVE TRANS (Black Steel Transportation) at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies according to your quote and trip activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Text-message consent is voluntary and is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing transportation.

Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to communications providers and other service providers only as necessary to deliver messages and operate the requested transportation service. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
